Refund Policy

Overview

At Infinity Screen, we are committed to providing high-quality LCD digital advertising screens and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds in accordance with UK consumer law.

Please read the policy below to understand your rights and our obligations.


1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if possible).

  • We may ask for photo or video evidence of the fault.

After 30 days but within 6 months, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer a partial or full refund.


2. Change of Mind (Online Sales Only)

If you purchased your screen online or via distance selling, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • You must return the item within 14 days of cancellation.

  • The item must be unused and in a resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

Note: This policy does not apply to custom or made-to-order screens.


3. Custom or Bespoke Orders

Refunds are not available for screens that have been customised or made to order, unless the item is faulty or not as described.


4. How to Request a Refund

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the issue

  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos, if applicable)


5. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
